    Description

    The decade box was tested with an inexpensive old meter.  All channels tended to measure 2-4% high.  A good amount of the inaccuracy is probably me not being able to zero the meter properly.
    You only get the decade box.  You do not get the meter nor the test leads.
    The decade box is missing the knob.  I rotated it using an adjustable wrench.
